CONSTITUTION OF GOLD EAGLE CORPORATION

Constitution & By‑Laws of Gold Eagle Corporation

Amarr Empire–Aligned Capsuleer Organization“Honor in Industry. Victory in Battle.”


I. Preamble

We, the capsuleers of Gold Eagle Corporation, united under the light of Holy Amarr, establish this Constitution to guide our purpose, protect our members, and strengthen our dominion among the stars. We commit ourselves to disciplined industry, righteous combat, and unwavering loyalty to the Corporation and its leadership. Through unity, order, and service, we rise.


II. Mission & Purpose

Gold Eagle Corporation exists to:

  • Conduct organized mining operations to secure wealth, resources, and industrial superiority.

  • Execute coordinated PvP operations to defend corporate assets, enforce territorial claims, and project power.

  • Provide a structured, honorable environment for capsuleers seeking purpose, community, and advancement.

  • Uphold Amarr values of discipline, hierarchy, and devotion to collective success.


III. Corporate Authority & Governance

1. Supreme Authority: The Executor

The Executor is the highest authority within Gold Eagle Corporation. The Executor:

  • Sets strategic direction

  • Oversees all departments

  • Appoints or removes officers

  • Has final say in all disputes, promotions, and disciplinary actions

  • May amend this Constitution with officer approval

2. High Council

The High Council advises the Executor and ensures operational excellence. It consists of:

  • Director of Industry

  • Director of Warfare

  • Director of Logistics

  • Director of Finance

  • Director of Recruitment & Training

Council responsibilities:

  • Implement corporate strategy

  • Approve major operations

  • Manage budgets, assets, and infrastructure

  • Vote on amendments and disciplinary cases

3. Chain of Command

All members are subject to:

  1. Executor

  2. High Council

  3. Division Commanders

  4. Wing Leaders

  5. Line Members

Hierarchy is sacred. Orders given during operations must be followed unless unlawful or contradictory to corporate policy.


IV. Membership Requirements

1. Eligibility

Members must:

  • Maintain an active account

  • Uphold Amarr‑aligned values of discipline and unity

  • Participate in at least one corporate activity weekly (mining, PvP, logistics, training, etc.)

  • Use corporate communication channels during operations

2. Conduct

Members shall:

  • Show respect to all corporation and alliance members

  • Avoid scams, harassment, or dishonorable behavior

  • Protect corporate secrets and strategic information

  • Represent Gold Eagle Corporation with dignity

3. Activity & Inactivity

  • Members inactive for 14 days without notice may be placed on probation

  • Members inactive for 30 days without notice may be removed

  • Exceptions may be granted for real‑life obligations


V. Corporate Divisions

1. Industrial Division (Mining & Production)

Purpose:

  • Conduct scheduled mining fleets

  • Manage ore buyback programs

  • Oversee refining, manufacturing, and resource distribution

  • Maintain corporate industrial assets (structures, rigs, mining ships)

Expectations:

  • Participate in weekly mining ops

  • Follow fleet commander instructions

  • Contribute to corporate stockpiles when required

2. Warfare Division (PvP)

Purpose:

  • Defend corporate assets

  • Conduct offensive and defensive PvP operations

  • Train members in combat doctrine

  • Maintain ship fittings and doctrine standards

Expectations:

  • Attend mandatory defense fleets

  • Maintain at least one doctrine‑fit ship

  • Follow fleet discipline and comms protocols

3. Logistics Division

Purpose:

  • Move assets, fuel structures, and support both mining and PvP

  • Manage jump freighter operations

  • Maintain supply lines and staging areas

4. Finance Division

Purpose:

  • Manage corporate wallet

  • Oversee taxes, buyback programs, and reimbursements

  • Maintain transparent financial records for the Executor and Council

5. Recruitment & Training Division

Purpose:

  • Recruit new members

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation

  • Provide skill plans, guides, and mentorship


VI. Operations & Protocols

1. Mining Operations

  • All mining fleets are led by a designated Mining Foreman

  • Boosts, hauling, and compression are coordinated through the Industrial Division

  • Ore may be sold individually or through the corporate buyback program

  • High‑value anomalies require authorization from the Director of Industry

2. PvP Operations

  • All combat fleets are led by a Fleet Commander (FC)

  • Members must follow comms discipline and target calling

  • Loot from PvP operations is distributed according to FC or corporate policy

  • Strategic operations (SOV, structure defense, war declarations) take priority

3. Reimbursement Policy

Reimbursement is available for:

  • Doctrine ships lost during authorized fleets

  • Logistics losses incurred while supporting corporate operations

  • Structure defense losses

Reimbursement requires:

  • Killmail

  • Fleet participation logs

  • Proper doctrine fit


VII. Assets & Property

1. Corporate Assets

Corporate assets include:

  • Structures

  • Ships

  • Modules

  • Fuel

  • Ore stockpiles

  • ISK reserves

These assets:

  • Are controlled by the Executor and Directors

  • May not be removed without authorization

  • Must be used for corporate benefit

2. Member Assets

Members retain full ownership of personal assets unless voluntarily donated.


VIII. Discipline & Enforcement

1. Offenses

Offenses include:

  • Disobeying fleet orders

  • Theft or unauthorized asset removal

  • Harassment or toxic behavior

  • Leaking corporate intel

  • Repeated inactivity

2. Penalties

Penalties may include:

  • Warning

  • Demotion

  • Removal from division

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent expulsion

3. Appeals

Members may appeal disciplinary actions to the High Council. The Executor’s decision is final.


IX. Amendments

This Constitution may be amended by:

  • A majority vote of the High Council

  • Approval of the Executor

Amendments take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.


X. Dissolution Clause

Should Gold Eagle Corporation ever dissolve, all corporate assets revert to the Executor for distribution according to Amarr tradition and corporate legacy.
