CORPORATE AWARDS MANUAL

Honor in Industry. Strength in Battle. Unity in Purpose.


1. Purpose of the Awards System

The Gold Eagle Awards System exists to recognize pilots who demonstrate excellence, loyalty, and service to the corporation. Decorations reinforce our culture of discipline and unity, reward meaningful contributions, and inspire others to rise to the same standard.

Awards are granted sparingly to preserve their prestige.


2. Award Categories & Decorations

A. Highest Honors

1. The Golden Aerie Cross

Purpose: The corporation’s highest decoration Awarded For: Extraordinary service that fundamentally strengthens the corporation over time. Typical Recipients: Executives, long‑term leaders, or pilots who perform game‑changing acts.


B. Combat Awards

2. Imperial Valor Star

Awarded For: Exceptional bravery in PvP combat or decisive battlefield leadership.

3. Eagle’s Talon Combat Ribbon

Awarded For: Participation in 25+ sanctioned PvP operations.

4. Aegis Defense Medal

Awarded For: Defending corp structures, responding to home‑system threats, or saving assets during reinforcement.


C. Industry & Economy Awards

5. Order of the Golden Forge

Awarded For: Major contributions to production, refining, or supplying doctrine ships.

6. Prosperity Laurels

Awarded For: Significant contributions to corp finances, market operations, or trade initiatives.


D. Logistics & Support Awards

7. Logistics Wings of Merit

Awarded For: Exceptional hauling, jump freighter operations, or critical supply chain support.

8. Intelligence Cipher Seal

Awarded For: Providing actionable intel that prevents losses or enables strategic victories.


E. Exploration & PvE Awards

9. Explorer’s Radiant Compass

Awarded For: Discovering valuable wormholes, relic sites, or providing critical scanning intel.

10. Sanctum Guardian Medal

Awarded For: Leading or supporting high‑tier PvE operations such as incursions or major ratting fleets.


F. Community & Leadership Awards

11. Mentor’s Guiding Flame

Awarded For: Outstanding mentorship of new pilots.

12. Recruiter’s Golden Quill

Awarded For: Bringing in high‑quality members who strengthen the corporation.

13. Unity Service Ribbon

Awarded For: Positive contributions to corp culture, morale, or community events.

14. Operation Excellence Badge

Awarded For: Exceptional performance during a major corp operation.

15. Eternal Loyalty Crest

Awarded For: One year of active service in the corporation.


3. Nomination Process

A. Who May Nominate

  • Any member of Centurion rank or higher may submit a nomination.

  • Division leaders may nominate within their division.

  • Executives may nominate any pilot at any time.


B. How to Submit a Nomination

Nominations must be submitted through the Corporate Awards Form (or a designated Discord channel). Each nomination must include:

  1. Pilot Name

  2. Award Requested

  3. Detailed Justification

    • What did the pilot do?

    • When did it occur?

    • Why does it merit recognition?

  4. Supporting Evidence (if applicable)

    • Killmails

    • Fleet pings

    • Screenshots

    • Logs

    • Witness statements

  5. Nominator’s Name & Rank

Incomplete nominations will be returned for revision.


4. Approval Process

A. Review Board

All nominations are reviewed by the Corporate Honors Council, consisting of:

  • Imperial Executor

  • Praetorian Commander

  • High Curator of Industry

  • Logistics Archon

  • Recruitment Chancellor (non‑voting advisor)


B. Approval Requirements

  • Standard Awards: Majority vote of the Council.

  • High Honors (Golden Aerie Cross, Imperial Valor Star):

  • Unanimous approval of the Council

  • Final confirmation by the Imperial Executor


C. Review Timeline

  • Nominations are reviewed weekly.

  • High Honor nominations may take up to two weeks due to verification requirements.

  • Emergency awards (combat or defense) may be granted within 24 hours.


5. Award Presentation

A. Ceremony

Awards are presented during:

  • Weekly corp meetings

  • Post‑operation debriefs

  • Special ceremonies for High Honors

The presenting officer reads:

  • The pilot’s name

  • The award title

  • A brief citation summarizing the achievement


B. In‑Game Medal Assignment

After the ceremony:

  • The medal is issued through the in‑game Corporation → Members → Decorations interface.

  • The pilot’s profile is updated with the award.

  • The award is logged in the Corporate Honors Archive.


6. Revocation Policy

Awards may be revoked only if:

  • Evidence emerges that the achievement was falsified

  • The pilot commits severe misconduct damaging to the corporation

  • The Council votes unanimously for revocation

Revocations are rare and handled with discretion.


7. Record Keeping

The Corporate Honors Archive maintains:

  • All awarded medals

  • Citations

  • Dates of issue

  • Nominators

  • Approval votes

  • Revocations (if any)

This archive is accessible to all members for transparency.


8. Special Campaign Medals

During major wars, deployments, or operations, temporary medals may be created to commemorate:

  • Campaign participation

  • Strategic victories

  • Major industrial pushes

  • Exploration initiatives

  • Community events

These medals are archived separately as Campaign Honors.


9. Future Expansion

The awards system may evolve as the corporation grows. New medals may be introduced for:

  • Capital ship operations

  • Wormhole expeditions

  • Faction warfare

  • Alliance‑level achievements

  • Seasonal events




GOLD EAGLE CORPORATION

RIBBON RACK SYSTEM (VISUAL DESIGN SPEC)

This system uses EVE‑style military ribbons with clean, rectangular bars. Each ribbon includes:

  • Primary color (represents category)

  • Secondary stripes (represent achievement level)

  • Metallic accents (gold/silver/bronze for prestige)

You can use these specs to create a consistent visual set.

Golden Aerie Cross Ribbon

Colors:

  • Base: Deep royal gold

  • Center stripe: White

  • Edge trim: Metallic gold

Symbol (optional): Small golden eagle silhouette centered.

Placement: Always top‑left of the rack.


2. Combat Ribbons

Imperial Valor Star Ribbon

Colors:

  • Base: Crimson red

  • Center stripe: Gold

  • Side stripes: Black

Symbol: Small gold star.


Eagle’s Talon Combat Ribbon

Colors:

  • Base: Black

  • Center stripe: Red

  • Side stripes: Silver
